EXCHANGE

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible by phone during our business hours at 514-843-8116 or toll-free at 1-888-843-8116. If the order has already been processed and delivered, no cancellation will be possible.

DELIVERY

Delivery across Canada. All items ship from our store in Montreal and are sent via registered parcel (Canada Post, Dicom, Purolator, Canpar). If you have an account with another carrier and wish to use it, call us and we can use your account for the shipment. The normal delivery time is 1-3 days. For an item that is not in stock or is only available by order, additional delays can be expected. For remote areas, oversized parcels, and small purchases, additional fees may apply (we will call you before proceeding with payment).
