CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your purchase, contact us as soon as possible by phone during our opening hours at 514-843-8116 or toll free at 1-888-843-8116. If the order has already been processed, no cancellation will be possible.

DELIVERY

Deliveries can be made across Canada. All items leave our shop in Montreal and are sent by Canada Post. If you have an account with another carrier and you want to use it, call us and we will be able to use your account for delivery. The normal delivery time is 1-3 days. For remote areas and oversized parcels, deadlines and additional fees may apply (we’ll call you prior of making the payment if that is the case).
